I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short shuttle ride away from the ski center and a quick bus trip to Otaru-chikko Train Station. The staff were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities I needed. I loved the live music performances in the restaurant, it really added to the atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the ski slope, making it convenient for me to enjoy skiing since the first day. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the manager showing a great level of professionalism. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The swimming pool and exercise gym were great facilities to relax and stay active during my stay. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus.

Located near the ski slopes, The Kiroro offers convenient access to the ski field. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to transport guests to the slopes, making it easy to enjoy a day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle transfers to both Sapporo and Chitose Airport, providing convenient transportation options for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with large beds that can comfortably accommodate families. The breakfast spread offers a decent variety of both Japanese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The restaurant options at the hotel are limited, with only one steak house available.

Had a pleasant stay at a ski resort with lovely snow surroundings. the staff were polite and attentive, and the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was tasty. the Onsen experience was great with the combination of hot spring and winter snow falling on the head. Conveniently located just a 5-minute bus ride away from the ski resort.

Limited restaurants choices, with some of them being quite expensive and below average. some staff members, especially in the restaurant, provided poor service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski field and beautiful views of the Kiroro Town in the snow. The room I booked was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the window. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even helping me retrieve a lost item.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

Spacious triple bed room with great view of Kiroro Town. Helpful staff retrieved lost scarf. Breakfast at POP restaurant was busy but good. Impressive view from second floor during dinner. Torchlight skiing and fireworks event was impressive. Will return for skiing.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The location was convenient with easy access to the lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes without waiting in long queues. The indoor pool area was impressive, and we enjoyed taking a relaxing dip after a long day on the slopes.

Our experience was marred by poor management. The staff seemed poorly trained and didn't have accurate information about the facilities.

The view of the snowcapped mountains from the hotel room was beautiful, and the ski slopes were easily accessible. The public bath was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes, with a variety of baths to choose from. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable with tasty food options and good variety.

The hotel staff was not very communicative or helpful, making it difficult to get information or assistance with requests. The shuttle to get to the ski lifts was often delayed or not very frequent, causing some frustration.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and helpful during check-in, which made me feel at home right away. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Not to mention, the location right by the ski area was perfect for me since I was there for skiing. The hotel offers transportation to different areas, which was very convenient.

    Nothing to mention.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the access to the ski resort and slopes was so convenient. The magic carpet and gondola made it a breeze to get to the slopes. The service was also top-notch - they even let us use another room for a late check-out. And of course, the highlight was the onsen, a must-visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Located close to skiing and a snowy wooded forest, this hotel provided an exceptional experience. the spacious room and bathroom were comfortable, while the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even better. the breakfast buffet was delicious and filling, with both Japanese and international options. the onsen and hot stone sauna were relaxing amenities after a day on the slopes.

The hotel could improve on their response rate to email inquiries.
